Can I trust the quality of your compounds? +
Yes — we can provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for any compound upon request. Please note that supplier information is kept confidential and will not be disclosed. Our COAs include purity data, molecular specifications, and third-party lab results so you have full transparency on what you are receiving.
Are your products independently tested by a third party? +
Yes. All of our compounds are independently tested before dispatch. We provide COAs from third-party labs confirming purity and identity. However, we do not disclose the identity of our testing partners or suppliers — this information remains strictly confidential.
Do you carry compounds not listed on the site? +
We may be able to source or synthesize specific research compounds on request. Reach out to us via the Contact Us page with the compound name and quantity you need, and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you offer any dosing or usage guidance? +
Our compounds are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. We are not able to provide dosing, medical, or usage advice. We recommend consulting published peer-reviewed literature and working within an appropriate research framework.
What is your refund and return policy? +
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. Additionally, we do not reship or replace packages that arrive damaged — once an order leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
Which countries do you ship to? +
We currently ship across Canada. International shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about your region.
How long will my order take to arrive? +
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive confirmation once your order has shipped.
Is order tracking available? +
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What if I provide an incorrect shipping address? +
Please double-check your address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once a package has shipped, we cannot redirect it and cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address information.
